Orders: Your order will be processed by us internally and checked on stock-availability. After you receive a pro-forma from us, we can guarantee availability of all available products. Please pay the pro-forma, after payment has been received, we’ll process and expedite your order.*
We shall reserve your order for a week, if no payment has been received, we will make the stock available to other business inquiries.
Shipping: We ship everything with Priority Shipping, which means the delivery will be made the day after your order has been processed. You will receive a Track and Trace message on your account email.
With orders over €600 we’ll expedite your order for Free
Minimum Order Quantity: We have a minimum order of €200, in which case a shipping fee of €20 will be charged. Free shipping applies with orders over €600
Standard Discounts: We’ll be reviewing the ‘awarded’ Discounts to some of our clients and possibly make changes to them. This will be done after the first Quarter of 2024. You’ll be informed once we review your shop’s situation.
Volume Discounts: The Volume Discounts will remain the same for 2024 and are according to the following structure:

Promotion: Every Quarter we have a different promotion. Standard we include flyers & stickers to your order. Depending on the size of your order, we’ll add additional merchandise. You can always request for more promotional material. It is up to our decision whether we supply it along your order.
